309 (Polish) Squadron was involved in Exercise Scorch.
There is a photograph of Lysander V9576 AR*N which has a black letter N under the starboard wing. There is also a photograph of the aircraft from the other side and the port wing could be black underneath.

Disculpen la demora pero la semana pasada estuve de vacaciones y no podia acceder a internet.
Si, efectivamente era meteorològico.
Como saben nuestro objetivo principal era mostrar la historia del Hawker Hurricane durante la Segunda Guerra mundial dentro de los lìmites de nuestra colección.
Muchas personas nos han ayudado con el proyecto, no sólo mediante el envío de fotos e información personal sino tambièn han dedicado tiempo para darnos una explicación más detallada sobre la historia de algùn aviòn en particular.

They thought they would give it a try on the Hurricane, but it was a disaster.It made it fly worce).

Muchas gracias Luis por tus comentarios. Respecto a la pintura te comento que Papà utilizo el Hu 11 para las superficies enteladas y el Cromosilver de Modelmaster para las superficies metàlicas.
Luego le dio barniz mate acrilico monitor

Dentro de las modificaciones que va realizando mi padre a cada lysander, estas dos en parcular se destacan por lo poco conocidad

Westland Lysander Mk II K6127 - con 2 Cañones de 20 mm

Papà esta tarde termino los 4 Lysander de esta tanda y ya hay otros 4 seleccionados.
Realmente creo que le quedaron muy bien y son muy buenas incorporaciones a èsta serie.
